The owner refused to handle the recall work ordered by BMW and the Department of Transportation from a motorcycle that I purchased from them.I've had 15 BMW's in my life, so I've used many different bike shops in my day.

This is not "right" by any means. The owner is known to be dishonest, don't let the "reviews" you see online fool you as they are all purchased or done by employees. The bikes that San Jose BMW Motorcycle has are nice, but ultra expensive. You can get a better deal by buying from anywhere else.

If you have money coming out of your ears and want to throw it down the toilet, then that's OK and buy from these guys.But if you want a decent value, don't ever set foot in San Jose BMW.

Ex employee here, yes lots of stuff like this and worse goes down at their shop so I'm not surprised.
